Mr. Dang Duc Phong currently serves as Director of Offshore Construction Division (OCD) which is a subsidiary of Joint-Venture Vietsovpetro (VSP). OCD is responsible for all construction works including engineering, procurement, onshore fabrication and offshore installation activities. He earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Measurement and Automatic Control Engineering from Hanoi University of Technology in 1997 and recently, he has successfully achieved Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in 2019. Phong has insightful knowledge and intensive experiences accumulated through over 20 working years in the oil and gas industry. He has worked in various positions starting from a technical engineer, project managers (for several Joint Operating Companies) to the current position of a director of OCD.
