A financial and project investment professional with experience in Vietnamese stock & financial markets since 2000 and industry investment market since 2013.

Equipped with a broad skill set for investment, esp. financial and legal matters, PPP projects, and international partnership, from detailed/ technical works to strategic, structural, managemental and organizational scopes. Made the 1st ever transport BOT deal in Vietnam that engaged foreign investors, and was among first renewables investor in Vietnam.

Graduated from University of Queensland, Australia, with a Master degree in International Economics and Finance.

Used to work for FECON, SCIC, MOIT, and several banking/financial companies before moving to Gelex and lead the project investment business in Gelex group.

Now being CEO of Gelex Infrastructure Jsc., the group"s infrastructure investment arm, covering investment in energy, clean water, and real estate.
